For the Ancala Country Club Home again, Aero Drone Visions was hired to shoot Video and Photos, as Danica Kirkpatrick the Owner and the Real Estate Broker were not happy with the previous Video and Photo package for the listing.

The previous Production Company, for MLS, had too many graphics overlaying Video clips so as to interfere with visualizing the home’s Spaces, Mountain Vistas, landscaping etc., and there were 160 Photos. 30 Photos is generally enough photos (as long as they are the right photos of the right quality) to capture the attention of prospective buyers to want to see the house in person. We optionally provide more photos than 30 on any charge basis.

Emphasized in the photo package at Ancala includes Drone footage with the Mountain location of the home overlooking the Phoenix Valley. This setting presented the opportunity to show off the home’s extraordinary Sunset View to the West. The wonderful Waterfalls in the Courtyard rising to the front door is beautiful and captured for the photo package and the listing.

Inside out views from most of the very spacious rooms day and night are dramatic. The well- appointed Kitchen overlooks the main Family area just off the balcony and view of the West Valley. All and all we at Aero Drone Visions met our client demands matching the quality they were expecting.
