Sterling Grove Club House

Surprise, AZ

With Aero Drone Visions, preferred Vendor Toll Brothers Agreement in hand for the past 4 years, here is a Photo package we did in addition to the Video we produced on their Clubhouse and Golf Club in Surprise, AZ.

Interestingly, this Clubhouse Photo package was the culmination of many productions we’ve done for the Toll Brothers Sterling Grove Community and Golf Course. This relationship started when the first homes were built and the Jack Nicklaus designed course was nothing but excavated dirt with 7 ft. high poles for each of the 18 hole’s, marking only the tee and hole for each fairway.

Using a combination of our Aero Drone Visions DSLR (for interior and ground) and Drone cameras, Toll Brother’s asked for us to capture: a twilight shot of the Clubhouse entry, the Lobby area, adjoined by a lounge and meeting room. Down the hall from the Lobby, we took Photos of the marketplace and bistro/bar area. We have drone aerial photos of the Sales Office with a unique red front Barn like design that fits perfectly with the Architectural style of the Clubhouse itself.

Lastly, the multiple pools with outdoor kitchen and eating areas, overlooking the Golf Course was captured with Drone imaging including birds eye view of the entire property.

Toll Brother’s liked the Clubhouse Videos and Photos so much, that these were used as a template for our current Mountain House Lodge production being shot as of July 2023 for the Sereno Canyon community at the base of Tom Thumb Trailhead in Norths Scottsdale.
